Jess has been the best realtor we have ever had. She helped us find our dream home and made things as easy as possible to move across the country. She is knowledgeable in helping find the right house with all types of loans, including VA. Jess is incredibly dependable and feels like part of the family. I can’t recommend her enough.

Jessica was phenomenal when helping us find our home. We had a short timeline to move and she was more than accommodating. She took us through multiple homes and kept presenting options until we found the one we loved. From there she went right to bat for us, and helped us negotiate to a price that was perfect for our budget. She also helped us found a lender than is equally wonderful. Even after everything was done she has kept in contact, making sure we were settled and happy with our new home in Elizabethtown. I cannot state enough how grateful we are for all her help. 10/10 in all regards!

Jessica is awesome to work with. She is very professional, knowledgeable and knows the area! She was always punctual about everything and communicated with me every step of the way. She goes above and beyond to make what you need happen. You will not be disappointed with her or her team. Their knowledge of PCS sets then above of the rest! If I had to do this process again I would not pick anyone but her and her team. She made this process easy. I must say it again: You will NOT be disappointed with Jessica! Her marketing skills are phenomenal.

We couldn't have done this without Jessica! Buying a home cross-country is usually terrifying, but working with Jessica made it an absolute breeze. We were stationed in Hawaii while trying to find and buy a home in Kentucky, which meant relying 100% on our realtor to be our eyes, ears, and advocate on the ground. Jessica went above and beyond every single step of the way. She handled everything seamlessly—from virtual walkthroughs and detailed neighborhood updates to coordinating local details—making what could have been a chaotic process completely easy and stress-free. Thanks to her hard work, expertise, and genuine care, she found us the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. We are beyond grateful to have had Jessica in our corner during this move. If you are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and truly amazing realtor (especially if you're navigating a remote or military move!), look no further than Jessica. She is simply the best!

Jessica was amazing to work with. She consistently sent me available homes that fit within my criteria to ensure I didn’t miss any opportunities. When we found the home I wanted, there were three other people that wanted it too. It was a new build so it was first come, first serve and Jess made sure she was watching it like a hawk to ensure I got it! She made the process easy and fought for everything I wanted. She’s great to work with and truly cares about her clients! I would gladly recommend her to any of my Family or friends!!

Can’t say enough good things about our realtor! Knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had our best interests in mind. We moved here from out of state and she went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track and was always available for questions. She is very community focused and cares about her clients. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, she is the one.

We worked closely with Jessica Parnell during our house buying process and couldn’t be happier with our experience and having Jessica represent us. Jessica made a difference to us. She was incredibly understanding, patient, responsive, and proactive. She communicated with our builder, title company, and lender. She pushed for updates and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. We were very confident in having Jessica being there for us. Buying virtually is definitely a unique process, but Jessica was there every step of the way for our family. She is a very good listener and always followed-up with us which we very much appreciated. Jessica is very compassionate and made us feel supported even from afar – she truly cares about her clients and will advocate on your behalf. Her personal experience with the military made a huge difference – she just got it in a way other agencies didn’t. Jessica Parnell and Veronica Paulk are the dream team. We couldn’t have asked for more reliable or knowledgeable agents to represent us. Military or not, if you’re buying from afar or local and need realtors who truly goes the extra mile – Jessica and Veronica are your champions!

Jess has been the best agent! she has navigated the market well and helped us handle some bumps on the way to closing. She's negotiated hard for us to make sure our needs as well as our buyers were met. I highly recommend her for buying or selling!

Jessica is an excellent agent! Even though we've bought and sold a few homes before as a military family, the Elizabethtown market was a bit trickier than we've ever dealt with. Jessica guided us expertly and listened to all our questions and concerns. She worked very hard to sell our home and make sure it worked in our time frame for PCSing. Even though we had to move before we closed, she checked on our home frequently since the weather has been wild. She's also kept us up to date with everything going on until closing. She really understands the market well and is great for local but especially for those PCSing to and from Fort Knox!

Jessica is professional, compassionate and very well connected in the community. The marketing of our home was absolutely stunning with the photos and videos taken. I feel our house was shown in the best way possible. If an issue came up, Jessica immediately had a contact to consult with and resolve the problem. She’s everything you want in a realtor! Thank you.

For active-duty Army families like ours, especially with my husband's impending retirement, the thought of another PCS and the transition to a new home can be overwhelming. The search for a realtor who is not only reliable but also genuinely understands your needs and earns your trust is paramount. We found that and more in Jessica Parnell. From the moment we first connected, Jessica's professionalism and exceptional communication stood out. She immediately grasped what we were looking for and provided us with a comprehensive range of options, making the initial search phase incredibly efficient. It's truly remarkable to think that in less than 1.5 months, we were able to close on our beautiful new home in Kentucky and begin this exciting chapter! One of Jessica's greatest strengths was her ability to seamlessly navigate the complexities of our long-distance home purchase. Being located in Virginia added layers of challenges, but Jessica expertly managed every detail, coordinating tirelessly across state lines and ensuring a smooth process despite the geographical hurdles. Her dedication, proactive approach, and unwavering support made what could have been a very stressful experience surprisingly straightforward. We are so incredibly thankful for the referral that led us to Jessica and cannot recommend her and her company highly enough to anyone considering a move to or sale within this area. She is truly instrumental in making dreams of finding the perfect home a reality.

Jessica was fabulous! Her marketing of the house was great - we listed on Valentine’s Day and she made a great match-making video that got SO many shares on social media. She was always friendly, super responsive and consistently went above and beyond! We were out of state through most of the process, I was imagining that would cause a lot of stress but Jessica’s help and guidance made it stress-free! Really, really enjoyed working with her - choosing her and her Team was the best decision we made!!

As a lender who specializes in the VA loan, the Realtor is the most important teammate when helping a veteran purchase a home. Jessica was quick to respond and tackled any task that was sent her way so a very deserving service-member could get into his new home quickly!

If you are looking into buying a home in the Fort Knox area and are in search for a wonderful real estate agent, I would highly recommend Jessica. We were moving from Hawaii and needed to purchase a home rather quickly. Jessica stepped in and assisted us in finding and purchasing a home that fit our budget and family size. We are so grateful that she presented with a wealth of real estate knowledge as well as knowledge about the area. She visited homes and sent us videos that we could review and allowed our friends to tag along so that we could have eyes on the properties as well. Jessica, thank you for your kindness, diligence, and patience,

Jessica is simply the best! In just two weeks, she helped us find our dream home. Whenever we wanted to view a house, she and her team were there for us, putting in the effort every step of the way.
